It sold for 3.2 million after we transformed the space.
Before we took on the project, the property was valued at more than 1 million dollars less.
After our golden touch, not only did it sell for a whopping $1416/square foot, but the new buyers purchased it on condition that they could keep all the furniture and decor that we chose along with all of our other designs.

The buyers fell in love with the way that we completely gut-renovated and remodeled the kitchen, living room and dining room spaces, creating better flow, optimizing the views of NYC, and they appreciated all the custom construction and design work that we had implemented.
